Role Overview
We're seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead the strategic growth of Outrinsic's brand, demand generation, and global market presence. You'll craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies that position Outrinsic as a top-tier technology partner in the AI, SaaS, and Cloud domains. You'll collaborate directly with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to translate Outrinsic's engineering excellence into clear market differentiation and consistent inbound growth.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with Outrinsic's growth objectives
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign ROI
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across brand, digital, and content verticals
🧠 Brand & Positioning
- Strengthen Outrinsic's brand identity across digital and physical channels
- Develop thought leadership around AI Agents, SaaS, and Cloud Transformation
- Manage all communication touchpoints — website, PR, investor decks, events, and media
💡 Demand Generation
- Drive lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and AI-focused platforms
- Build inbound funnels via SEO, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure MQL → SQL conversion targets are met
📈 Content & Product Marketing
- Create and oversee case studies, product narratives, and client success stories
- Manage content around LLM integration, voice/video AI, and SaaS engineering to educate target audiences
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and services
🌍 Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Build co-marketing initiatives with cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Collaborate with AI & SaaS ecosystems for visibility and lead-sharing programs
- Represent Outrinsic at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or AI domains
- Proven experience driving demand generation and digital growth
- Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise software ecosystems
- Experience in content-led and performance-led marketing
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand management skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in startups or scaling tech consultancies
- Familiarity with LLMs, voice AI, and automation tools
- Strong analytics mindset with expertise in HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools
